Shipping & Returns

 

On the Shopping Cart, select the shipping method you prefer. You can calculate the shipping charges which are based on each carrier's standard rates.

 

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Contact us by email for a Return Authorization number (RA#).  
  • We will reply to you with your RA# and instructions for return.  
  • Nutritional supplements are governed by the FDA and cannot be accepted for return if the original seal is broken. Personal products such as for oral hygiene, wraps, items that come in contact with your body (skin, head, etc), and products that use water are not returnable for sanitary hygienic reasons, unless defective, and then they will be replaced under warranty.  
  • We are unable to accept returns of accessories or other jewelry items that have signs of wear (including watch bands), resized, damaged, or otherwise altered. Watches are covered by a 14-day return policy. All jewelry and accessories must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. Defective items will be replaced.   Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
  • A 10% restocking charge may be deducted from your return. Items returned after 30 days from delivery date are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

 

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the product is being returned for a manufacturing defect.  Refused shipments may have return shipping charges deducted from your refund amount.

 

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date if you'd like to return an item.
