MSM 500 Methylsulfonylmethane 150 vegetarian capsules 72850
MSM 500 Methylsulfonylmethane is a bioavailable form of sulfur related to dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Sulfur is an element found in all living organisms and 85% of it is provided by MSM and related compounds. We include molybdenum because taking supplemental MSM may encourage urinary excretion of molybdenum.*
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, L-leucine.
Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.

From Natural Medicines Monograph
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a chemical found in green plants, animals, and humans. It can also be made in a laboratory.
Some literature that promotes MSM states that MSM can treat sulfur deficiency. But there is no Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for MSM or sulfur, and sulfur deficiency has not been described in the medical literature.
People use MSM for osteoarthritis. It is also used for pain, swelling, aging skin, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support most of these uses.
