1. Rhamnus frangula (Buckthorn bark)
2. Sambucus nigra (American elder flowers)
3. Verbascum thapsus (Mullein flowers)
4. Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm)
5. Citrus x aurantium (Bitter orange leaves)
6. Senna alexandrina (Senna leaves)
7. Verbena officinalis (European vervain aerial portion)

Suggested Use:

Adults
30 to 40 drops in room temperature water three times daily after meals.
Teens
20 to 30 drops in room temperature water two to three times daily after meals.
Children
5 to 10 drops in room temperature water two to three times daily after meals.
Infants
2 to 5 drops in room temperature water two to three times daily after meals.
