The herbs in this formula are well established. They are prescribed in Germany for respiratory tract symptoms including coughs, asthma, wheezing, bronchitis, and some heart conditions. It relieves coughs in the bronchial tree and promotes increased expectoration, sweat production and respiratory detoxification.

Pulmonest Herbal Liquid Ingredients
1. Thymus vulgaris (Thyme aerial portion)
2. Ammi visnaga (Khella fruit)
3. Hedera helix (English ivy leaf)
4. Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel fruit)
5. Mentha x piperita (Peppermint leaf)

Suggested Use:
Adults
20 to 40 drops in pure water three to five times daily.
Children
1/2 or less of the adult amount.

BRONCHIAL / LUNG CONDITIONS

Main remedy

PULMONEST – 30 to 40 drops in warm water three to five times daily until improvement is achieved, then reduce to 20 to 30 drops three times daily.

If severe cough is present…………………. Add PEPPERMINT OIL – 1 to 3 drops and add to same glass of water.

AVENA SATIVA – to calm the cough reflex, 30 drops three times daily. Reduce amount and frequency after symptoms decrease.

In conjunction with cold and flu ………….. LYMPHONEST – 30 drops symptoms, add to same glass of water.

Allergic cough…………………………………. Add ALLERNEST – 20 drops three to five times daily.

In conjunction with insufficient cardiac output. Add CACTUS or CRATAEGUS, 30 drops three times daily.

Acute inflammation and/or  excess mucous………………… MARCOZYME – 4 to 7 tablets three times daily between meals.

As an anti-microbial remedy ……………… SOMAPLEX No. 18 COPPER-GOLD-SILVER

To support immune functions, add:

• Echinacea
•  Lymphonest and
• Mycosurge.
• In acute stages add 5 Marcozyme tablets five times daily.

Children receive ½ or less of the above.
