Suggested Use
Adults
For acute symptoms, take up 1 drop with the tongue from the back of the hand, inhale deeply through mouth. In cases of bronchial cough, we recommend 3 drops in warm water or tea several times during the day.
Children
Although non-toxic, peppermint oil drops should not be administered undiluted to small children due to its strong concentration.
Topically
Rub 1 to 2 drops into skin where pain is present.
After using Peppermint Oil, wash hands thoroughly. Do not touch eyes.
