INGREDIENTS
This ionic solution contains Manganese as Manganese sulfate and Cobalt as Cobaltous sulfate.

Manganese-Cobalt Somaplex SUGGESTED USE:

Adults
20 drops on the tongue, in water, or rubbed onto the inside of the elbow, twice daily before or between meals.
Children
Half of the adult amount.
